Having a Consistent Look Throughout your Website

Once in a while we have customers ask whether they can have different backgrounds on different pages or have a different template on each page. Yes, you can do this with our system if you know how. But, we are not going to teach you to do this because, simply put, that is bad website design. It is important that your website has a consistent look because anything else will confuse your customers.

Many people who shop online do not know much about the internet and websites. This means that you need to make their shopping experience or browsing experience as easy as possible. If you have different colors or different backgrounds on each page, many of your customers will believe that they left your website. They will be confused and not make purchases. In addition, having these differences makes browsing through your website confusing because things look different.

Don't believe us? Take a look at any major company that has a web presence. No matter what page you go to, the look is consistent. Walmart.com, for example, uses their trademark blue and gold colors everywhere. Macys.com uses their trademark red and black. This means that if you have a logo, then you should use the colors from that logo to reinforce your image.
